On the 20th of March, Proctor & Gamble and Count & Cooper will visit the university to present a case.

Proctor & Gamble is a huge multinational that makes and sells consumer goods. Proctor & Gamble will provide a case on the launch of a new product: Gillette Labs. A short description of the case is given below:

You are working at the logistics department of P&G. Together with your team you are responsible for the introduction of a new product: Gillette Labs. You are asked to provide a plan for the production and distribution of the product and the communication with the customer. The challenge is to do this as efficiently as possible, but simultaneously at a maximum customer service level.

Count & Cooper is a consultancy that focuses on realizing big projects. Count & Cooper will provide you with a case on a tender of ‘Opwaardering Twente Kanalen’. Expanding the canal will lead to 900 fewer trucks per day, which leads to much lower emissions. Count & Cooper has already won this tender and wants to teach you how to do this.
